Improved Flexible Pour Nozzle for 1, 2, 5 Gallon Gas Cans

The Gas Spouts and Gasket Spout Part Replacement #706 are designed to fit Gott / Rubbermaid Plastic Cans. Even if you're only using the Spout & Stopper, these may also fit some other Brand Plastic Gas Cans, provided you use your own existing screw cap collar for Blitz, Midwest, Scepter, Eagle, Igloo, a few Rotopax and Kolpin. (Please note that these do not work with Chilton / Sears Craftsman cans).

The Screw collar will fit Blitz Brand Plastic cans, but you may need to cut off the eyelet holes on the side of the cap. It is IMPORTANT to DOUBLE CHECK MEASUREMENTS and COMPARE to your EXISTING PARTS to ensure a proper fit.

Included in the package are Stopper Caps with a Lanyard for retaining the cap and preventing loss. Additionally, there are Black Rear Air Vent Caps with a Gasket & Strap, available in both yellow (coarse thread) and black base caps (fine thread). The Yellow Vent Caps feature a RETAINING LIP to prevent them from popping out of your can.

Installation is easy and requires drilling. Start with an empty can, and drill a 1/2" hole at the back of your plastic can, above the fill line. Gently insert the vent cap and secure it with a rubber mallet. It is recommended to start with a smaller hole and gradually work your way up to the 1/2" drill bit to ensure a straight, clean hole without any side-to-side swaggering that could create a larger hole than necessary.

The Fuel tank spouts are made of high-strength ABS plastic with an improved gasket to prevent leaks. This Replacement gas can spout kit allows you to update your old cans instead of buying a new one.

The Push-in vent cap provides faster and safer emptying, and the Lanyard helps retain the cap to prevent loss. The Flexible nozzle makes gas/water flow out easily without the need for additional devices, eliminating spills.

Each kit includes: (1) Filler nozzle, (1) Spout cap with Lanyard, (1) "O" ring gasket, (2) Base caps, (1) Yellow push-in vent cap, and (1) Black rear vent cap. Four kits are included in the package.
